3+ years of Analytics / Business Intelligence Engineering experience
Strong knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, R, Python, or similar technologies
Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills
Expertise in data analysis tools (especially SQL and preferably Python/R), cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), Tableau, experimentation frameworks, and working across the full data stack (data engineering, ETL, analytics, and visualization)
Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Product Data Analyst to support a portfolio of innovative digital products focused on enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decision-making.
The Customer Journey team develops products and customer experiences that help users discover, adopt, and engage with digital services designed to save time and improve their overall experience. The Sr Product Data Analyst will leverage data to generate insights that guide product development, optimization, and scaling strategies to deliver meaningful customer value.
This role involves presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations to sr leadership while driving innovation and change. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, leadership, business acumen, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Establish analytical frameworks for product development by partnering with product and engineering teams to define measurement strategies, evaluate success, and develop KPIs
Measure the impact of experiments and report on team performance across organizational initiatives
Support ad hoc analyses and projects through optimized queries and data visualizations
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, self-service reporting systems and dashboards
Contribute to and execute a research roadmap using statistical and analytical methods to solve complex problems and inform business decisions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to build and enhance analytical capabilities
Define and manage key business metrics, develop dashboards, and enable self-service data solutions
Navigate ambiguity to develop solutions and provide guidance to junior team members

This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
