Summary You will serve as the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Command Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Cybersecurity Workforce Program Manager (CSWF) at the GG-14 grade level. Responsibilities You will serve as principal advisor regarding all matter, technical and otherwise, involving the cybersecurity (CS) of Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) information technology (IT) under Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) purview. You will be responsible for planning, coordination, integration, synchronization; providing direction to maintain a strong security posture for all Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) information technology (IT), networks and domains. You will contribute to the development of policy and process guidlines. You will implement effective security procedures to enhance cybersecurity (CS) operations in support of Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) missions. You will assess the effectiveness of implemented information technology (IT) security features and operations. You will provide technical and procedural cybersecurity (CS) advice and recommendations to Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) leadership and stakeholders. You will ensure data ownership and responsibilities are established for each information system (IS), and specific requirements (to include accountability, access and special handling requirements) are enforced. You will coordinate and review information technology (IT) security inspections, tests, and reviews. You will serve as command lead coordinator of all Risk Management Framework efforts. Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned, and; -- 2. Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor.
