Summary The Program Support Assistant (PSA) participates actively in the management of the administrative section of the Support Services Division (SSD) by performing administrative and technical support duties. Responsibilities The Program Support Assistant is responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: Resolving problems associated with the administrative and technical work of the office. Ensuring inventory of supplies is disbursed and maintained at adequate levels. Maintaining photocopy machines and performs minor repairs to copiers within capabilities. Processing all forms and publications orders. Providing timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
