Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this role provides comprehensive administrative, sales, and front-desk support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also assisting internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front desk support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting employees.

Support the Sales Department with daily administrative tasks.

Manage and update station communication boards, meeting decks, and other station communications.

Assist in planning events, coordinating station marketing events and logistics.

Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange refreshments as needed.

Maintain organized files, records, documentation, draft correspondence, prepare documents, and assist with general clerical duties.

Ordering all station supplies.

Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, clients, and staff.

Qualifications:

2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with WideOrbit is a plus.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.

Compensation - $22.00+/hr + benefits, commensurate with experience and skill level.
