Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team. As a Design Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative product development and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Design Engineer

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Range: 36.00/hr

What's the Job?

Develop and refine product designs based on project requirements and specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability

Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation for production

Conduct design reviews and implement necessary modifications

Support testing and validation of proto@types and final products

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field

Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Experience with product development processes is preferred
