As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

In this role, you will impact the optimization of production processes and contribute to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us maintain our position as a global technology leader by ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Support and optimize advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement in production processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.

3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or process optimization

Knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation and robotics

Experience with data analysis and statistical process control to identify areas for improvement

Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

WE VALUE

Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred

Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing

Strong problem-solving and project management skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive change

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
