Position Summary...
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a critical role in optimizing end-to-end transportation and facility-to-facility operations across a large-scale, high-volume distribution network. This role leverages data, technology, and cross-functional partnerships to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost. The Senior Analyst drives root cause resolution, identifies systemic improvements, and enables smarter, faster decision-making across the network, delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and efficiency.
About the Team:
You will be part of a transportation team focused on facility-to-facility operations across a large, multi-node, high-volume network. The team partners closely with business, operations, product, engineering, and support functions to solve operational challenges, improve performance visibility, and deliver continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
What you'll do...
Drive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain and transportation processes across multiple nodes
Translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve network efficiency, service performance, and cost
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of escalated issues across shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns
Enable consistent operational execution by setting clear expectations with suppliers and carriers and providing field-level guidance
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using lean principles and end-to-end cost analysis
Build and influence cross-functional partnerships to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience independently driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced supply chain or operations environments
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, operations, and support teams
Experience managing escalations and solving complex operational challenges
Working knowledge of lean methodologies and cost optimization principles
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
A continuous improvement mindset with a bias for action and results
Minimum Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
