Job Title: ADE - Idaho (Field Sales and Business Recruitment Specialist)Job Description
This role supports a new delivery partner program by recruiting local businesses to join a hub-based delivery network. You will work in the field and remotely to identify prospective businesses, present the program, qualify leads, and guide partners through the application and launch process. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive business sign-ups, build relationships with community organizations, and support recruitment events. The position involves regular travel within a defined territory and offers uncapped commission based on partners successfully joining and launching in the program.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a 90-minute driving distance to generate new leads.
Present and pitch the delivery partner program to prospective businesses in person and clearly communicate the value of the opportunity.
Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them through the full application process.
Lead follow-up activity with prospects and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
Partner with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and awareness.
Coordinate and execute recruitment events to attract and convert new business partners into the program.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain accurate records and reporting.
Drive referrals through community organizations and existing networks to expand the pool of prospective partners.
Travel within the assigned territory, including up to approximately four hours of round-trip driving daily when needed, to cover targeted towns and regions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with business owners and community stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues that applicants encounter in the field by using problem-solving skills and available tools.
Collaborate with other local contractors and the Field Manager to share insights, refine outreach strategies, and achieve recruitment goals.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales.
CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and track activities in a CRM system.
Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round trip daily within the assigned territory.
Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
Comfort using multiple systems and technology, demonstrating strong technical aptitude.
Professional, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach with a high sense of urgency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in field sales roles is a plus.
Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
Familiarity with working in local communities and building relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
Local knowledge of the Idaho region and surrounding areas is highly valued.
Experience working with Excel and importing data into CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating closely with a Field Manager and team members.
Work Environment
This is a field-based role with a mix of in-person and remote work. You will spend approximately three to four days per week in the field visiting businesses and attending community events, and work from home when not in the field. The position requires regular driving within the state and surrounding regions, with territories that include locations such as Jackson, WY; Sun Valley, ID; and Pocatello/Idaho Falls. You will use tools such as Salesforce and Excel regularly to manage leads, track activities, and report progress. The role offers uncapped commission with earnings tied to each partner successfully converted, along with additional monthly incentives for achieving goals and mileage reimbursement at a stated per-mile rate. The environment emphasizes autonomy, field-based outreach, community engagement, and close collaboration with a Field Manager and other local contractors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
