Provide coordination and support for sales and client relations activities for Arashan Honey products. Maintain ongoing communication with U.S.-based retail and wholesale clients, primarily Russian-speaking specialty markets, to receive product orders, answer customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction. Communicate with overseas suppliers in Kyrgyzstan in Russian to monitor shipment status, confirm product availability, and resolve routine logistical or documentation issues. Track and update order information, maintain sales records, and prepare periodic internal reports on inventory movement, client needs, and purchasing patterns. Assist with preparing marketing materials and product information sheets. Coordinate internally with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. Maintain databases of clients, orders, and supplier communications. Perform administrative duties related to sales coordination and customer support as needed.
