Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing airport terminal facilities and infrastructure. This role is heavily focused on electrical and industrial maintenance to support safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, conveyor, and elevator systems

Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems, including 110/220/480V single- and three-phase equipment

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

Support building management systems, PLCs, and industrial controls

Perform minor structural, welding, and fabrication work as needed

Work collaboratively in an active airport environment while following all safety protocols

Support operations across various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in at least three of the following: electrical (480V/3-phase), HVAC, mechanical/controls, or structural maintenance

Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience with HVAC systems, air handling units, and building systems

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
