The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring process consistency, and supporting leadership in building a scalable, compliant, and efficient organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational workflows and ensure alignment with organizational policies

Oversee onboarding, documentation, compliance tracking, and internal communications

Maintain operational excellence across scheduling, reporting, and administrative systems

Support leadership with data collection, reporting, and operational analysis

Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing

Develop and refine SOPs, checklists, and internal documentation

Monitor vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance

Identify operational gaps and implement improvements

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards

Support special projects, audits, and organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination

Strong organizational and process-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools

High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
