Job Title: Associate Scientist

Compensation: $45-$55/hr

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Overview

Responsibilities

Record and analyze data; draw conclusions and make recommendations for next steps

Propose experimental designs for proto@types and test methods

Evaluate new technologies for use in products/proto@types

Participate in technical meetings to contribute in the development process, provide technical input, provide input to the status of deliverables and project timelines

Create, update, and maintain electronic files

Executing product development activities in the Home Care R&D group with a focus on household cleaning products, ingredients, and consumer product regulations

Under the supervision of a Home Care R&D manager, develop product samples/proto@types in the laboratory, developing and executing test methods, compiling data and reports to make recommendations in a manner consistent with the C&D R&D Core Principles of teamwork, consumer and customer focus, personal responsibility and integrity, and ethical behavior and practices

Stay in communication with the team and daily supervisor to understand latest work priorities and expectations

Depending on the individual's capacity, support new product innovation or claim support activities

Requirements

Record and analyze data

Develop and execute test methods, compile data and reports, and make recommendations

Propose experimental designs for proto@types and test methods

Evaluate new technologies for use in products/proto@types

Participate in technical meetings and provide technical input
