Evaluate and consider the impact of changes on related systems, equipment, and processes before implementation to maintain overall operational integrity.
Collaborate closely with peers, technicians, and mentors through reviews of technical rationale, verification activities, and validation activities.
Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues on the floor, improving processes, and optimizing equipment performance for reliability and efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, A3 problem solving, standard work development, waste reduction, and efficiency projects.
Ensure alignment of engineering activities with broader business objectives and maintain a strong understanding of overall company operations and the manufacturing environment.
