Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience or 6 months Con Edison co-op/internship experience Includes cumulative work or

Master's Degree and 1 year experience or 6 months Con Edison co-op/internship experience

Relevant Work Experience

A minimum work or educational experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar experience/education, required.

Proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs and be able to learn and use other computer applications and systems utilized within Construction (For example, Azure Dev Ops, IBM Maximo, IBM FileNet, Smart App, SQL Developer and Databases), required.

Experience or education with software user interface development technology, preferred.

Experience or education with IBM Maximo user provisioning and administration, preferred.

Experience or education in creating, implementing, testing, training, triaging, or upgrading software applications, preferred.

Working knowledge of construction practices, invoice payments and business processes, preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

Ability to read small print and symbols

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
