Location Description
Northfield, Minn. is home to two Post Consumer Brands manufacturing plants, the Campbell Mill and Ames Mill, two distribution centers, and more than 750 team members. The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start.
Responsibilities
We're looking for reliable, safety-focused team members to support warehouse operations through accurate shipping, receiving, and material handling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Safely receive, pick, stage, and ship orders accurately using WMS
Inspect product quality and ensure food safety and QA procedures are followed
Build, wrap, and optimize pallets to prevent damage
Hand-pick and stack partial pallets as needed
Inspect trailers and complete required documentation
Operate forklifts and perform daily equipment inspections
Meet productivity standards and follow all safety and WMS procedures
Support other departments or facilities as needed
Qualifications
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Forklift experience or ability to become certified
Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
Repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, and standing
Ability to work in a warehouse environment
Must pass warehouse pre-screen
Schedule
Day Shift Working Four 10-hour shifts
Sunday - Wednesday
7:00am - 5:00pm

The pay range for this position is $25.69 to $25.70 per hour.
