Job Duties Building strong relationships with landowners and industry partners

Negotiating easements, property acquisitions, and access rights

Coordinating between clients and property owners throughout projects

Evaluating and negotiating crop and property damages

Helping coordinate property access for construction and maintenance

Maintaining accurate parcel and landowner records

Reading and explaining project plans to landowners

Tracking project progress and task completion

Minimum Education Required High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required Willing to travel overnight 2-3 days/week

Valid driver's license

Ability to obtain Notary Public designation
