?Job Description

Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting environment. This role is crucial in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. We seek an organizational guru who can effectively collaborate with internal and external clients, communicate clearly, adapt quickly to changes, and tackle the challenges of building a talented team. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to expand their experience within a top recruiting organization.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.

Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.

Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.

Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.

Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Essential Skills

1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
