Industrial Sales Operations Specialist
CW Round Rock has an amazing opportunity for an I ndustrial Sales Operations Specialist t o join our growing team!
As our Industrial Sales Operation Specialist, you will support delivery of sales in line with order intake budget and forecast commitments. Work with Director of Sales & Marketing, Industrial Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Sales Account Managers, Business Development Managers and other Sales Specialists to maximize sales success by providing operational support in key areas: digital tools and CRM, forecasting and pipeline, price lists. You will have the ability to effectively engage with Order Management, Operations Management & Engineering Teams to facilitate actions required to support bid & proposal process including monitoring and assisting to close open items within the timeframe required to meet customer objectives. As well as deliver winning quote, proposal, and bid packages.

Salary Information: $65,700.00 - $100,000.00 annually, plus bonus

Your Challenge:
Bids & Proposals
Preparation of quotations & proposals utilizing Syteline ERP & CRM Systems.
Tracking of and Customer follow-up on CRM Opportunities/Quotations through closure and responsible for updating CRM accordingly.
Establish and manage effective working relationships with customers, peers, and business teams to create winning strategies for specific opportunities.
Plan, develop, prepare, publish, and deliver winning sales proposals.
Drive delivery of commercial contributions including NDAs, terms and conditions, guarantees.
Customer satisfaction
Deliver customer satisfaction through timely delivery, communication, and support.
Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
Operate within the sales calendar, undertake analyses of available data (market segments, customers, CRM, delivering performance, KPIs, sales visits, forecasts, and variances) and produce insights for head of sales, sales account managers, and wider business.
Maintains and monitors digital tools and CRM for completeness and validity of dashboard information.
Drives quality in pipeline management and maintains and shares an accurate order intake forecast.
General

Represent the business, its values and message with all customers, suppliers, and other groups.
What You Bring:
Mandatory
Degree in business, sales, engineering, scientific discipline or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
Multiple years of demonstrable experience in Sales Operation function or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
Multiple years of experience working in a technical sales or applications role, preferably in an instrument and controls environment
Familiarity with ERP (Syteline preferred), CRM, Power BI or similar sales operations tools
Ability to prepare / manage detailed technical and commercial proposals
Technical aptitude with capability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings
Ability to travel (expected to be less than 20% of time) to deliver business and personal objectives
Preferred
Proficient in or familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Ability to perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel
Essential Functions:
Ability to prepare / manage detailed technical and commercial proposals ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to several million
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
