JOB SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role contributes to the development and implementation of manufacturing solutions across a variety of products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.

Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues, defects, and assembly challenges.

Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams.

Utilize Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Track and report key performance metrics, including throughput, efficiency, downtime, and quality.

Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Assist in the selection, evaluation, and qualification of new equipment and technologies.

Conduct root cause analysis and support implementation of corrective actions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.

0-1 years of experience

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, and material handling processes.

Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.

Experience with data analysis tools, including Power BI, preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Process & Continuous Improvement

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Ability to analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communication & Collaboration

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.

Work Style

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
