What you'll do:
Lead and influence cross-divisional discussions, presenting clear, data-driven narratives to guide business decisions.
Design and implement targeted customer engagement strategies using advanced analytics and market insights.
Oversee editorial governance, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance with quality and branding standards.
Manage content development across platforms, integrating market trends and customer preferences to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with marketing and merchant teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Forecast market trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and innovation.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and digital content development aligned with market trends and customer insights.
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate across business units and guide stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of customer analytics, market research, and business intelligence tools to inform editorial and campaign decisions.
Experience leading editorial best practices, governance, and quality standards for multi-platform content management.
Ability to analyze market data and forecast trends to drive innovative content and promotional campaigns.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, providing feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
