What You'll Do (Your Impact)

Take ownership of interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring a smooth, efficient process

Partner directly with candidates and hiring managers to create a best-in-class interview experience

Coordinate travel and logistics for onsite interviews when needed

Maintain and update candidate data and job postings with precision

Communicate with candidates throughout the process-keeping them informed, engaged, and excited

Track recruiting activity and provide weekly pipeline insights

Facilitate post-interview debriefs and keep hiring teams aligned

Identify ways to improve efficiency and elevate the candidate journey

Collaborate with recruiters to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring process

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination or fast-paced operations/support role

Exceptional organizational skills-nothing slips through the cracks

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree preferred

Passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
