Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Cudahy, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, a supportive team environment, and long-term career potential.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

Assist customers, drivers, and business partners via phone and email

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally

Handle customer complaints and inquiries with a calm, solution-oriented approach

Monitor delivery routes and shipment status updates

Process delivery changes, cancellations, and customer requests

Scan and verify shipment documentation and haul-away pods

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Support additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, call center, logistics, or transportation experience

Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or shipping environment

Benefits

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
