The Experience Facilitator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of internal and external events that support the bank's strategic goals, brand identity, employee experience, and community engagement across multiple markets. This role ensures seamless event experiences through meticulous planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.

POSITION LEVEL(S) EXPECTATIONS

The Experience Facilitator is expected to consistently demonstrate excellence across all aspects of event planning and execution. This includes:

Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance event quality, efficiency, and impact through innovation, feedback, and professional development.

Client-Centered Focus: Prioritize the needs of internal and external stakeholders by creating inclusive, engaging, and memorable event experiences.

Compliance & Brand Stewardship: Ensure all events adhere to regulatory standards and reflect the bank's values, image, and service excellence.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
