This position sits within the Digital Transformation and Technology department and is a member of a growing agile team responsible for a new Chick-fil-A owned and developed Restaurant Intelligence Platform, Pulse. Chick-fil-A Restaurants are supported by numerous technology and analytic solutions that enable Operators to effectively run their businesses and serve customers with operational excellence. With this network of solutions, and plethora of operational data, it can be challenging to gain a clear picture of what is happening within a Restaurant.
Pulse is a shared Field Staff and Operator solution designed to provide curated and @contextualized performance metrics, insights & embedded artificial intelligence to facilitate meaningful collaboration by making it easier to identify what happened and where there are opportunities. This role partners with a delivery team and collaborates with Field Operations and other DTT development teams to deliver the Pulse MVP, Pulse web experience, support chain-wide scaling and steward the technology roadmap for maintaining health and future business outcome delivery.
Responsibilities
Co-create product and technical delivery strategy with Field Operations and other departments that support the analytic reporting and visualization capabilities enabled across the Pulse platform.
Represent Field Operations interests in sprint backlog prioritization and requirements discussions, aligning priorities for the team with the overall roadmap. Prioritize business requirements and engineering delivery demands through leadership and collaboration with data and program business partners and engineering teams.
Coordinate priorities and dependencies across enabling development teams within DTT.
Translate and refine business requirements into technical specifications, considering how the data and metrics are displayed across other technical solutions.
Partner with engineering lead to maximize business value and efficiency delivered by the development team (pod) through partnership and influence on prioritization in each development sprint.
Facilitate and oversee the immediate needs of the development team as they arise removing roadblocks, addressing challenges and answering questions.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and external validation efforts.
Define, implement and lead production operations support processes and ensure the product maintains a high degree of uptime.
Mentor other Product Owners and is seen as an expert and leader in the discipline of Product Ownership.
Manage budget requirements of the Agile team.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques
Experience driving teams and management to decisions
Experience with technical systems and data structures
Understanding of and experience with the software development lifecycle, AI lifecycle concepts, and DevOps concepts
Familiarity with managing software in AWS cloud computing environment
Knowledge of data visualization best practices
Experience with user-centered design for analytics
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
Experience with UX/UI design
Experience delivering analytics that inform operational decision-making
Experience launching a software product
Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
Understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
Basic SQL skills
Experience designing intuitive dashboards and visualization that tell clear data stories
Experience defining product requirements for features powered by Generative AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
