Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires and upselling hotel rooms. Our front desk hosts are the first point of contact, and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Customer service experience

Hotel/Front Desk experience (preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Money handling experience (preferred)
