Job Summary
The Treasury Management Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and servicing commercial relationships. This position will provide customer technical support and complete new account related documents, installation of equipment, set-up and training for all Treasury Management products.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops a thorough knowledge of all treasury management products and services through completion of extensive training and maintains a high level of awareness and understanding of new technologies and competitive treasury management solutions
Ensures client satisfaction by responding promptly and positively to customer inquiries and requests; takes initiative in resolving problems and issues independently or escalating to appropriate personnel
Serves as Customer Service Representative for opening new accounts for customers
Reviews and prepares paperwork required for any of the following functions: account analysis, account reconciliation, Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposit and debit services, on-line wire transfer, Electronic Data Interchange reporting, sweep account processing, line of credit sweep processing, zero balance account processing, digital banking, National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) file formatting and file upload testing, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, and Positive Pay service
Develops an understanding and ability to discuss all treasury management product functions, technology, and pricing
Develops an understanding of all treasury management product systems that include but are not limited to account analysis, digital banking, ACH file format and upload, on-line wire transfer, Electronic Data Interchange reporting, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, Lockbox, Insured Cash Sweep, CDARS, Procurement Cards, Payroll Cards, Fraud Anomaly Detection digital banking, file upload, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, ACH Blocks/Filtering, Positive Pay, zero balance and line of credit sweep processing, and all other processing environments
Troubleshoots technical calls and performs research for clients
Assists with testing, implementation, and customer rollout for all treasury management products including upgrades and new features
Performs remote deposit equipment repairs and replacements
Maintains customer files and customer database to ensure up-to-date contracts and agreements via execution and imaging
Assists with annual review of ACH Limits and Remote Deposit Capture compliance
Responds to client calls for Merchant Services when representatives are unavailable; troubleshoots calls and refers to TIB for resolution, if necessary
Cross-trains to perform daily and periodic tasks of the Treasury Management Support Team Lead

Working Conditions
