Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, managing front-desk communication, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance clerical support with responsive customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative activities by organizing records, preparing documents, and maintaining orderly office operations.

Receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts.

Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while creating a detail-oriented and helpful office environment.

Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate general office support tasks such as scheduling, filing, correspondence, and routine follow-up actions.

Assist team members with clerical needs and help maintain consistent administrative processes across the office.

Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-focused role.

Proven ability to handle inbound phone communication effectively.

Experience performing data entry tasks with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and day-to-day clerical operations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
