Industrial Painter Trainee - Entry Level (Full Training Program)

McConnellsburg, PA

Start your career in industrial painting with a full, paid training program -no experience required. This is a long-term opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow into a certified Industrial Painter.

What You'll Do

Learn industrial painting techniques including prep, coating, and finishing

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials

Apply coatings using spray equipment and other painting tools

Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and quality

Follow safety procedures while working with paints, chemicals, and equipment

Starting pay: $17/hr , increasing to $22.75/hr after training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.
