Partner closely with the VP Finance within a VP Finance/CFO structure to ensure team performance, output consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Provide light process guidance to the finance team to improve stability and efficiency without undertaking heavy process redesign.

Support financial operations within a services-based, time and materials revenue model, ensuring accurate billing and revenue flows.

Experience working within a services or time and materials revenue model, with a clear understanding of consulting/services-based billing environments and revenue flows.
Prior exposure to finance transformation initiatives and process automation, with the ability to support operations while transformation work is underway.
Experience in a global finance environment, supporting a large, multi-entity or geographically dispersed business.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to step into partially structured environments and provide stability and clarity in a high-growth @context.
Comfort working with lean teams and reduced headcount while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Familiarity with finance transformation initiatives, including process automation and systems optimization.
Exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities in addition to core accounting and operations.
Comfort operating in environments with recent organizational design changes and evolving structures.
Ability to provide pragmatic, light-touch process guidance without overhauling existing systems or workflows.
High level of ownership and accountability, particularly in remote or hybrid work settings.
Interest in roles with strong executive exposure and the opportunity to influence operations during transformation.
