We currently have an opening for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you serve as the welcoming face and primary point of contact for all visitors and callers. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and professional front desk environment, managing the main phone line, and assisting walk-in clients with general inquiries and support needs.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
In this role, you will:
Coordinate the agency's central call and visitor system during assigned hours, including answering incoming calls, addressing general to moderately complex inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff members as needed.
Oversee the handling and distribution of incoming communications. Responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and distributing all incoming mail, faxes, website inquiries, and LW messages, while maintaining established mail distribution procedures.
Process outgoing mail and assist with income and Social Security verifications.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to agency staff, including assisting with the planning, coordination, and preparation of workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
Compensation: $21,840 - $56,181
