Minimum Qualifications
Six years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in administrative services; OR
A bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in administrative services; OR
An advanced degree plus two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Oversees LDH's statewide movable property program, including approval of agency procedures, inventory compliance, and management of property assets valued at approximately $57.8 million.
Reviews and analyzes agency inventory certifications and audit findings, provides technical guidance to Property Managers, and coordinates responses with internal and external auditors.
Directs the statewide telecommunications program by overseeing telecommunications policies, service requests, and more than 2,500 cellular devices and service accounts valued at over $2.5 million.
Monitors telecommunications program expenditures, develops budget projections, and manages billing and payment issues with agency Telecommunications Coordinators.
Serves as the department's technical consultant on office telecommunications, coordinating with the Office of Technology Management (OTM) on projects, policy updates, and wireless communication initiatives, including FirstNet.
Plans, coordinates, and manages complex agency-wide administrative projects by identifying stakeholders, developing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responds to requests from LDH executive leadership, LPAA, Internal Audit, and the Louisiana Legislative Auditor while ensuring compliance with state property control and telecommunications policies.
