Production Supervisor - Electrical

Our client, a leader in electrical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production and assembly staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000

What's the Job?

Lead daily production operations for electrical control panel assembly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

Set and communicate production goals and monitor progress from start through shipment

Drive on-time delivery performance and maintain a high level of customer service

Train, coach, and develop production staff to ensure strong team performance

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering and operations leadership

What's Needed?

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Experience in electrical manufacturing, preferably control panel assembly

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, or similar quality/electrical standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
