Truss Builder

(Great Benefits and Consistent Overtime)

Pay:

18-22/hr

Available Shifts:

1st Shift - Monday- Friday 6AM- 4:30 (5X10)

2nd shift - Monday-Thursday 3:30PM- 1:00 AM (4X10)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Truss Builders to support the production of high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want long-term growth opportunities within a stable company.

Responsibilities

Assemble trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production requirements

Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and secure materials accurately

Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurement guidelines

Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions using tape measures and saws

Rotate between workstations based on production needs

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Skills & Experience

6+ months of experience using hand and power tools (construction, manufacturing, or similar)

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Ability to follow written instructions and production guidelines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Grove, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
