Entry-Level Data Center Technician

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals who are interested in starting a career in the data center and telecommunications space. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and experience working in construction or similar environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills within a growing technical field.

Key Responsibilities

Pull and route fiber optic cabling throughout the data center environment

Assist with assembling, stacking, and drilling server racks

Scan, label, and organize equipment accurately

Utilize computer systems to document equipment locations and part information

Provide general support to experienced technicians during installation projects

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistent performance

Ability to safely work on ladders and elevated platforms

Hands-on mechanical, electrical, or construction experience

Exposure to tools, equipment installation, or technical environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
