As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, helping to identify and report security-related concerns while maintaining a visible presence. This role offers the chance to support site operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, all while reflecting Allied Universal's values of reliability, integrity, and a people-first culture.

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.

Document incidents, daily activities, and/or noteworthy conditions in a clear and timely manner to support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
