Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Holly Springs, MS, for an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support through administrative and executive tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing expense reports. Additional responsibilities include acting as a point of contact, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in alignment with organizational goals. This role is central to ensuring the efficiency of executive operations and requires a professional who can manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the President & CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and board materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, and community stakeholders.

Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters that require executive attention.

Assist with special projects, community events, and strategic initiatives.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Track key deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive priorities.

Essential Skills

Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and support to senior executives.

Experience in preparing and managing detailed Expense Reports.

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and organizing meetings.

Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.

Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

The role is based onsite in an office setting in Holly Springs, MS.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holly Springs, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
