?? Industrial Maintenance Technicians Wanted

We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on role working with advanced industrial systems-ideal for technicians with strong experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments .

If you have experience maintaining high-speed automation, conveyors, robotics, and industrial equipment , this is an opportunity to work at a cutting-edge site from day one.

? Required Experience (No Exceptions)

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility

Proven experience working with:

Automated conveyor systems

Industrial automation and/or robotics

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting

?? Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment

Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems

Support a 24/7 high-volume industrial operation

Identify and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Mentor less experienced technicians as needed

?? Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CMMS systems

Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs

Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards

Advanced troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical systems

?? Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $30.05/hour

The pay range for this position is $ 63,544.00- $85,000
