JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}[Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction. ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}[Effectively triage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
