Overview: Artisan Industries is seeking a results-driven Technical
Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about applying their technical expertise and marketing acumen
to expand our presence, both by nurturing existing customer
relationships and by identifying and developing new market
opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Value Proposition and Competitive
Advantage: Develop a deep understanding of Artisan\'s value proposition
and our competitive advantage ? what our customers value most in their
relationship with our company and what we do better than our
competitors. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market
research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities,
and potential areas for expansion within the artisanal industries
sector. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs,
challenges, and preferences to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
New Market Development: Identify and explore new market segments,
industries, and geographic regions for potential growth opportunities,
working closely with sales and product development teams to develop
targeted marketing strategies. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop
and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote Artisan
Industries\' products and services, effectively communicating key value
propositions to target audiences. Content Creation and Collateral
Development: Create compelling marketing content, including sales
presentations, product brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to
support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. Digital Marketing
and Online Presence: Utilize digital marketing channels, including
social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand
awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Trade Shows
and Events: Coordinate participation in industry trade shows,
conferences, and events, managing logistics, booth setup, and
promotional activities to maximize exposure and lead generation
opportunities. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze
key marketing metrics and performance indicators, such as lead
generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of
marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering,
or related field. Proven experience in technical marketing or related
roles, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong
analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate
technical concepts into compelling marketing messages. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively across teams and engage with customers at all levels.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital
marketing platforms. Expertise in Salesforce and/or Hubspot is a plus.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented
mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows,
conferences, and customer meetings.
