Provide administrative support to the Sales Department so that work is done efficiently and accurately. Provide administrative support for department, including but not limited to sales events, training classes, sales directors and counselors and other sales management.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Answer questions from customers and employees about sales leads.

Data entry of sales leads into Lead Management System

Provide administrative support to the Sales Department as needed

Provide administrative support to the Reservation Desk as needed.

Must have strong attention to details and extremely organized.

Display professional manners and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the department

At an intermediate level, use Excel, Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.

Prepare reports, sales call lists and other documents as needed.

Demonstrate high level of confidentiality, common sense, judgement, sense of urgency and ability to set priorities.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and controls; demonstrate support and respect for Company management.

Adhere to safety rules and regulations and report unsafe practices to management.

Participate in training and skill development opportunities to improve competency and customer service.

Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance

Education

High school diploma required.

Experience

Office administration experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

MS Office software with intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent Outlook skills

HMIS

Communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of the Company

Problem solving, detail-minded and organizational skills

Good multitasking skills

Bilingual Preferred

WORK CONDITIONS

When considering the work hours associated with this job, the following factors may apply:

Work Environment

Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions

Comply with field dress code policy.

Work Postures

Frequent, continuous periods of time standing, up 6 hours per day

Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day

Physical Demands

Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage

Lifting, pushing, pulling, etc. up to 25 pounds

Work Hours

Working beyond "standard" hours as the need arises

Compensation:

*$25.00- $30.00/hr
