In this unarmed role, you will support guests and staff while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working with teamwork and integrity in a people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Support a welcoming hotel environment by assisting with directions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and following post orders related to guest and property protection.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
