As an Office Manager , you're not just managing the department's administrative function - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Ideal candidates will possess:

At least five years of office experience.

One year of management experience at a multifunctional capacity is required.

Previous experience with budgeting, forecasting, and payroll is critical to this role.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Salesforce and SMERF Spend is highly desired.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Oversee daily office operations: Manage the administrative functions of the department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Keep the office running smoothly: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment to support department needs

Manage HR operations activities: Oversee payroll expenses, process employee documentation, and assist with new team member onboarding

Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support administrative team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
