Position Responsibilities:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Commercial Leadership Team, requiring a self-motivated, honest, and professional individual who can handle confidential matters with discretion, urgency, and strong attention to detail

You will manage active calendars, book complex travel, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle diverse administrative duties with discretion

You will prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and ensure successful completion of tasks with minimal supervision

You will prepare email notifications, create calendar reminders, pre-fill investment documents, and manage data rooms and investment portals

Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 to 9 years experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree
