Overview
This position will review all retail advertising materials to ensure product correctness of Toyota vehicles, pricing and equipment depicted. This includes regional advertising, running footage, direct-to-consumer communications and social media for all Toyota vehicles. The Administrator will also manage marketing vehicles for retail productions working with car prep vendors to ensure the vehicles are appropriately prepared, operational and accurate for the intended depiction. The Administrator will also assist creative and account team members understand vehicle technology, usage, competitors and future plans. The Administrator will attend meetings at Toyota and abroad as needed. The Administrator will also study/learn all models in the Toyota lineup and disseminate information regarding competitive vehicles as needed.
Responsibilities
Timely review of all retail advertising depicting Toyota vehicles and associated copy, descriptions, disclaimers.
Review, understand and maintain relevant knowledge of CGI (2D and 3D) and AI created images and video.
Manage vehicle requests for production shoots and running footage (live, CGI or AI).
Provide pre-production and logistical support to Toyota retail clients.
Attend meetings/events at Saatchi office locations, Toyota HQ and abroad.
Attend broadcast, social media and Toyota.com production shoots as needed.
Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting for approval in a strict manner.
Support and inspire the work and the people to create Lovemarks out of our brands and our agency.
Actively embraces agency vision to be a "hot house for world changing creative ideas."

Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Automotive industry experience and enthusiasm preferred.
Ability to use AI problem solving, task efficiency and job performance enhancement.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity.
Recognizes when to maintain a high level of confidentiality while working on proprietary aspects of the day-to-day business for the Client and Agency.
Demonstrated capability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans.
Strong ability to, use, and interpret numerical data (financial or statistical) and arrive at sound conclusions.
Proficient with the following computer software/systems: Internet, AI and Outlook email applications; MS Office and CoPilot preferred.
Able to work extended hours, including weekends, as required.
Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $57,008.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
