Position Purpose

The Senior Programmer Analyst serves as a technical and functional expert supporting a portfolio of digital commerce, customer experience, and marketing technology platforms across the Emerging Channels Portfolio. This role partners with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to design solutions, support production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver enhancements that improve customer and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills with experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations, data flows, and customer-facing technologies.

About the role

Partner with business teams to gather requirements, evaluate options, and deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.

Design, configure, test, implement, and support application enhancements and integrations.

Serve as a primary support resource for digital commerce, marketing, customer service, and international business applications.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal teams and vendors.

Monitor application performance, integrations, and data flows to ensure system reliability and operational stability.

Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Analyze data, application performance, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and knowledge resources.

Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

Other related duties as assigned or as opportunities for growth arise.

This role may support initiatives related to:

Digital marketing and customer engagement

Salesforce platform enhancements

International commerce operations

Customer service technology

Reporting and analytics improvements

Application modernization and integration projects

Customer experience optimization

About you:

Education Level: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related filed.Experience required: 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, software implementation, or enterprise application development.

English level: C1 (Advanced)

Technologies & Platforms

Experience with some combination of the following:

Salesforce Service Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

APIs and system integrations (Apigee preferred)

SQL and data analysis

ECOM, Analytics, Testing, Reporting and Marketing tools (Splunk, Postman, GA4, Tealium, Tableau, Feedonomics, etc.

Required skills:

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting customer-facing applications and integrated enterprise systems.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
