Manufacturing Engineer - Hot Gas Path

Coated Buckets Machining

Roles and Responsibilities

Define, document, and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.

Lead improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Own and drive output performance for assigned lean line(s).

Apply best practices and serve as a coach and resource to other Manufacturing Engineers.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.

Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.

Experience in CNC machining and programming.

Strong project management skills.

Experience with milling, grinding, and EDM machining

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.

This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on June 15, 2026.
