Job Title:Quality Business Systems Specialist Reporting To:Manager, Quality Sys. & Process Work Schedule:Onsite - Buffalo, NYWe're looking for a versatile quality professional to support and coordinate key business systems. This role blends internal auditing, MRB (Material Review Board) facilitation, CARB (Corrective Action Review Board) coordination, and quality administration to drive compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 3 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administrationOr Associate's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline and 7 years in quality systems, internal audit, or manufacturing administration Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards, ERP/MES systems, and MS Office Preferred: Auditor certification (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100), experience in KPI reporting, lean/CI methods Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. As a Quality Business Systems Specialist, you will: Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions to closure Facilitate MRB and CARB meetings, manage changes, and maintain accurate records Monitor nonconformance reports, follow up on NCs, and assist in KPI tracking/reporting Maintain quality databases and documentation for audit readiness Competencies: Excellent communicator and skilled team facilitator Strong followthrough with ability to drive items to completion Works effectively with crossfunctional teams Detailoriented, organized, and committed to quality excellence How we care for you: Financial Rewards: great compensation package, bonus opportunities, matching 401k, and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (select locations), Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance.
