This role will learn while working on real-life Human Resourcesprojects, also providing administrative support. Location: Whitesboro, NYResponsibilities: Supports Supervisors, Team Leaders and Associates Participate in Human Resources projects Assist with changing/updating Human Resources documents Provides administrative support May interact with other departments Adheres to all Core Values (Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Development of People, Integrity, Corporate Citizenship, Continuous Improvement, Respect). Adheres to all Core Competencies (Communication, Teamwork, Achieving Results, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, Judgement). Other job-related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Current enrollment in degree program for related field Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
