About the Role: Ready to take your sales career to the next level? Yardi islooking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to lead full salescycles-from lead generation to closing deals-with a focus on delivering valueto clients. You'll build strong relationships,present tailored solutions, and become a trusted advisor to executive-leveldecision-makers. What You'll Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunitieswithin your assigned territory. Execute full sales cycles-from lead generation and discoveryto closing-while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals. Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports,and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends.Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in thetechnology or software industry Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles,including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, andpositioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) toolsto track and manage prospect and client activity Goal oriented and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills Proactive with strong problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and interface with decisionmakers at mid-sized companies Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Ability to understand anddemonstratetechnical products Excellent written and oral communication skills High responsiveness with client-centered commitment andfocus Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multipletasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills ProficiencywithMicrosoft Office applications Ability to travel up to 50%Ideal to Have: Yardi domain experience Industry experience in property management Knowledge of accounting principles Yardi domain experience Industry experience in property management Knowledge of accounting principlesReal Estate runs on Yardi.
