At the heart of this initiative is the Amazon Ads Growth Marketing Team. We enhance advertiser expertise, capabilities, and visibility through scalable marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers and Amazon Ads. To further our mission, we're seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager who excels in driving strategic account engagement across a portfolio, unlocking new growth opportunities, and shaping the future of digital advertising with a diverse set of growth accounts. The Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team drives growth through innovative programs with our most strategic advertisers. We're seeking a results-driven marketer to develop and quarterback a 1:many ABM program for a portfolio of growth accounts - one that accelerates product adoption, builds pipeline, and influences revenue across multiple verticals. Working closely with sales teams, product marketing, and marketing channels, you'll lead the integrated marketing plan and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with a portfolio of high-potential growth accounts.
The ideal candidate is a strategic B2B marketing leader with a proven track record in the advertising industry, combining high-level thinking with hands-on execution skills in digital marketing and emerging technologies. You should excel at leading cross-functional teams, developing integrated campaigns, and managing scalable marketing programs across multiple accounts simultaneously. We're looking for a skilled relationship builder adept at stakeholder management across all levels - both internally and with senior client-side decision-makers - and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Your ability to deliver innovative, segmented solutions across a portfolio of growth accounts, coupled with exceptional storytelling and communication skills, will be crucial. Above all, you should be a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial self-starter passionate about driving results at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and own the 1:many ABM strategy for a portfolio of growth accounts, serving as the marketing lead for growth account engagement
Build and execute scalable, segmented go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, product, and category teams to support portfolio growth and full-funnel adoption across multiple accounts
Drive tiered, programmatic marketing tactics to engage multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, leveraging segmentation to maximize efficiency and relevance at scale
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, executive engagement, and scalable experiences tailored to the needs and growth stage of each account tier in the portfolio
Collaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle marketing, content, product marketing, sales, and category teams to ensure consistent and personalized execution across the growth account portfolio
Serve as the strategic marketing point of contact for growth account engagement, building understanding of business objectives, challenges, and opportunities across multiple accounts and verticals
Develop and present portfolio-level insights, account-specific performance narratives, and growth roadmaps to internal leadership and client stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing, retail media, or advertising with enterprise-level account management across multiple accounts or verticals simultaneously
Experience developing and executing scalable, segmented marketing programs designed to drive engagement and growth across a portfolio of accounts
Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
Experience presenting creative concepts and portfolio-level marketing strategies effectively to senior executives
Experience managing multiple projects and accounts concurrently while meeting aggressive deadlines
Demonstrated ability to apply segmentation strategies and tiered marketing approaches to prioritize and scale engagement across diverse account sets

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
